Logix2 cabinets are perfect for the operator looking for a versatile holding and proofing cabinet. Unlike many other heater proofers on the market, they have humidity in both the proofer mode AND the heater mode.
- Bottom-mounted removable heating unit with water reservoir.
- Active humidification for proofing and humidified holding
- Recessed manual dial controls for temperature and humidity settings
- Cabinets may be operated with or without humidity
- All aluminum construction under-counter, 1/2 size, 3/4 size and full size cabinets
- Single-pane tempered glass door set in extruded aluminum frame is standard
- Cabinets come with fixed universal wire slides for 12″ x 20″ x 2.5″ steam table pans and 18 “x 26” sheet pans.
- Other slide options include: adjustable universal solid stainless steel tray slides for 12″ x 20″ steam table pans or 18″x26″, or fixed stainless steel tray slides for 18″x26″ sheet pans
